Take the cart out of its sealed box, remove any cap or cover on the mouthpiece and the base, and attach it to your battery. Draw slowly from the mouthpiece rather than pulling hard. Store the cart upright at room temperature; a cart left in a cold car can draw poorly until it warms up again.

Check that every cap and cover is off and that the cart sits firmly on your battery, then make sure the battery is charged. Try slower, longer draws at room temperature. If it still will not draw, or it arrived leaking, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we replace it free.

Look for the seal first: a real box arrives sealed with an untouched scratch panel. Break the seal, slide the inner tray out and lift the cart from its slot. If the seal was already broken or the printing looks blurry, do not use it and send us a photo of the box through our contact page.
