Who we are

This website is run by Mad Labs, based in California, USA. Questions about this policy go to orders@madlabscarts.com.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details. We need these to deliver your order and contact you about it.

Payment: you pay us directly by Apple Pay (Apple Cash), Cash App, Zelle or crypto and upload a receipt at checkout. We keep that receipt and the sender name, handle or wallet address that comes with your payment so we can match it to your order. We never receive your card or bank login details.

When you contact us: your name, email, order number and message.

On this device: your browser stores your cart and your age confirmation locally so they are remembered while you shop. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, verify that buyers are 21 or older, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the shop: shipping carriers, payment providers, age verification and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email orders@madlabscarts.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on your state, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date at the top.
