Same-Day Dispatch on Weekday Orders
Place your order before 2 pm ET (11 am Pacific), Monday to Friday, and it leaves us the same day once payment has cleared. Orders placed after 2 pm, at the weekend or on a US public holiday go out on the next business day. Whatever you order, from a single Mad Labs cart to a wholesale bundle, gets the same same-day dispatch.
Express Shipping in About 1 Business Day
Choose Express at checkout and your order arrives in about 1 business day from dispatch. Express costs $30 and is free on every order of $250 or more, so most orders that mix a few disposables, carts or flower jars qualify. Standard shipping costs $10 and takes about 3 business days. The minimum order is $100.
How We Pack and Protect Your Order
Every product ships in its own sealed retail box, exactly as it left production, so the seal and the scratch panel arrive untouched. We pack orders so boxes and jars sit firmly and do not knock around in transit, and we check each order against your receipt before the parcel is closed. If anything still arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we send the right item at no cost. A device that turns out to be faulty is replaced free within 30 days of delivery.
Tracking Your Mad Labs Order
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can check progress any time on our order tracking page with your order number and email. If tracking has not moved for 3 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier for you.

Orders placed before 2 pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends or on US public holidays ship the next business day. You will get an email with your tracking number when the parcel leaves us.

Address errors and returned parcels
Check your address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, contact us and we will reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
