Refund and return policy

Faulty devices: 30-day replacement

Every device and cartridge has a 30-day replacement warranty from the delivery date. If it does not fire, will not charge, or leaks on arrival, contact us within 30 days with your order number, a photo of the device and its box and a short description or video of the problem. We replace faulty items free of charge, including return shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product or flavor, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send the correct item at no cost.

Unopened returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you a return number.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products that are not faulty. This includes devices where the scratch panel has been removed or the seal broken.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through the payment method you used, within 5 business days of approval. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to the wallet address you give us, at the USD value of the original order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless we made the mistake.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Because orders before 2 pm ET ship the same day, contact us as soon as possible.
