Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this site and buy from it. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older.
Legal compliance
Our products are hemp-derived. Laws on hemp-derived products differ by state and locality and change often. The federal framework is described by the USDA hemp program. You are responsible for making sure these products are legal where you live before you order. We cancel and refund orders to restricted locations.
Products and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Wholesale bundles are priced per bundle as listed. Paying with crypto takes 15% off the order subtotal. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Payment
We accept Apple Pay (Apple Cash), Cash App, Zelle and crypto. You send the payment before placing your order and upload a screenshot of it at checkout. Orders ship once we confirm the payment has arrived; if we cannot match a payment, we will email you before cancelling.
Use of products
Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing, and do not drive or operate machinery after use. Products may cause a positive drug test. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Returns
Returns and replacements are handled under our refund and return policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
